Stuff that Turkey NOW...............


well tonight we are having bbq stuffed turkey, my son got one from work, so we stuffed it and now its cooking in the webber. My man is a webber freak - everything just about gets cooked in the webber. Hey im not complaining here............................. His cooking is always really nice, but men always use so much more fats and oils than women, dont you think. ???

We have only 1 wk to go before the old fat bastard comes down the chimney - my doggies are on alert for reindeer and are ordered to bite if they dare poop on my stoop. *LOL*..........

Cant wait really cause that means im off on hols to Singapore and Hong kong, sorry about repeating this - but we are soooooooooooooo excited. Well This is my 2nd last postbefore I head on off.

Today its only 23 more sleeps til Santa comes to visit and Til Im off to Singapore and Hong Kong - yeeeehaaaa.
Cant wait, ma is going to look after the lil chikens for me, so they dont get into too much mischeif or at least a few days. Have been off to the gym most days and can say there are a few smidgens of abs somewhere in that ab - ick region, which is good. Cant wait to get the old bod abit better than now though.

Well - its creeping up to us - the old Saint Nic time, where loads of people booze up and make complete idiots of themselves. Me NO WAY - Im a good Christian lady and its against my religion to drink, I just watch other people make idiots of themselves and have a quite laugh to myself. 4 wks til Singapore and Hong Kong


Well I have been haning out at the gym - u certainly do meet nice people there, I have toned up really well considering I have been there only 2 wks. I brought a real nice brown dress for xmas parties and it looks great on me apart from the BULGING TUMMY AND GRANMA ARMS. well Im working on that one. I love the weights at the gym so Im doinbg a pack load of them and doing the bike and the x trainer. might evend o some Pilates next wk if I get up the nerve.

Well am going ok - this wk I am cutting back on my bread intake, will be having my carbs in th emorning though - ie: muesli or cereal to keep me going through the day, but I havent lost much weight and its driving me batty. I have just got back from Canberra we brought a car MR2 for my son, its soooo nice. He brought it I just drove him down and we stayed the night at the Fomulie 1 motel on the outskirts. We had fun and even got woken up at 4am with the fire alarm going off. Seems some drunkin idiots pulled the alarm for a joke. Urrggggh. I was not impressed but saw the funny side of it. Well went to the gym this wk and am feeling fine. Hope everyone realises its only 5 wks till the olefatman in the suit comes down the chimney - Ill be fine am off to hong Kong and singapore. heeeeeeeeee.

Had an Average time in mudgee - a long drive there, saw a fatality - poor man at cullen bullen. H got hit by a truck-ute. Makes you wonder if the guy was just going down the street for milk on his motorbike and then the next thing he is lining up to see his maker and all his family will be grieving for sometime now. RIP 2him. The Memorial went great - I didnt do much at all, the guys blasted the crap out of my dad with a few shotguns and they had his ashes all over them - they got drunk etc, do I need to say more - I still cant figure out wehat the blazing bleek I went there for - To spend time in a motel room with family???????? One day I will figure it out.???????
Have been going to the gym this wk - its going great, but the old rictar scale aint budging - better luck next wk then.

Off to Mudgee for Dads Memorial


well Im off to Mudgee fr dads Memorial - it shoul dbe good, he passed away 2 & abit yrs ago now from Motor Neurone Disease and we have only just started getting things back to normal, so we are offto put his ashes at his fav campsite. The women artn goint ot he campsire - just the men " Secret Mens Business" etc. but itshould be good - lets see how I handle the food thing - they are all crazy about food - especially my mum.

Theres no 3rd challenge - I didnt do it


If ever anyone ever reads these blogs, I never did start the 3rd challenge, it just never got off the ground, but this detoxing feels like some sort of challenge, so Im staying with that, its great anyway, at first it was trying to kill me but now its not too bad, have lost nearly 2 kilos in 1 wk already so Im happy and the ole fat body is slowly loosing the weight, HK and singo watch out.

Detoxing this fat lil body


Well its detoxing time in the old household and that means running to the loo for 12 times in 1 day - yes you heard it right - ole dirroehaea got me big time - spelling is shocking - but what the hey.

It was so big that they had to call channel 10 to tape the ordeal. Thank God that it was over in 1 day and that it didnt block too many toilet systems in the street and only 1 fire crew came out.


anyway its about day 6 on this stupid detox and am just starting to feel better, walking the dogs heaps and doing rowing - so hopefully Singapore and Hong Kong will be ready for us when we decide to go over at Christmas time.

SINGAPORE AND HONGKONG HERE I COME


WELL hubby has just announced to me that for Xmas we are going to Singapore for 1 wk then to Hong Kong for the other wk, so Its time to get into some sort of shape and move MY BIG FAT BUTT .............................








THIS IS ME A FEW MONTHS AGO AT SYDNEY AIRPORT DRINKING COFFEE.
* NO COFFEE NO WORKEE.



WELL its time to get the fat body in shape and get about 10 -12 kilos off and get the old bikini out of moth balls or at least drag my sorry bod to the bikini shop for a lookie - will get bikinis for xmas. Even better I am leaving the kidlets behind to stay with Grandma and I will give them a Coles voucher for xmas. he he he.

Its detox for me and hubby - hes doing a fit n fat thingo too, last wk I ordered 2 books, one about walking and the other abut exercise so I am set.
* We will see how it goes, I know that I am a yo-yo dieter and current yo-yo dieter winner of the world, I win first place. We will see. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.Yep. Will keep u posted.

Getting back into it


hi all,
Well Im getting back into it again, 3 wks off exercise was just way too long for me, no way.
Am off to mums tmrw in Sydney, that will be fun - she loves loads of junk and has been on a weird diet, but sticks to things for about an hr then bang bang - she off back to junk sweet foods again.

Am feeling my abs again slolwy - they were hiding and am off to do some weights real soon. am getting back into it again.

Time to get moving


ok its been long enough since I finished my 12 wk challenge and wow was it a great fun ride, but with spring and summer approaching I cant sit on the sidelines any longer.
I have had my small break, eating the wrong foods and not exercising so here goes everything. I am going to get back on the wagon and get the butt going. Today im going to walk the doggies, sometime this arvo and then come back and get stuck into doing some weights and might even say hi to "Denise Austin" again.
Will keep you all posted.

Help I need to get motivated


hi there, well I need to get some motivation beofe all this challenge stuff goes down the gurgggggler.
I havent exercised for about 2 wks and am really annoyed with myself.

I need to pull my finger out and get back into it- so come monday I will be doing just that. I will start with walking the doggies again and maybe doing some weights. I loved the feeling and after my challenge ended I wanted a break, please take my advice, if you need a break dont take along one, maybe 2 days or 3 and then get back into it. Otherwise the big gooey sugar monster will come and get ya fast.

Yes, I have finally finished my 12 wk Challenge


Well I finished my 12 wk challenge yesterday and pretty happy about it all, have lost about 7 kilos and toned up great, will be posting some pics next wk of my transformation, although it isnt that grand.
I advise heaps of people to do this challenge, its great, can be very rewarding and scary at the same time, but Great just the same.

1 wk to go before the end of my 2nd challenge


Well its been nearly 12 wks since I began my 2nd challange and its been great, the gooey Sugar Monster reared its ugly head on the 9th wk and I had to try and kick it back down, that was so hard believe me.........................

I am plowing on and not really happy with some of my choices, but trying to get some exercise in there as much as I can. Lets see how the last wk goes. Will be posting new pics next wk, so stay tuned folks.

OK THE BIG GOOEY SUGAR MONSTER HAS COME OUT OF THE CLOSET.............
Ive been trying to fight off this monster this wk and it has been a battle. but so far am back on the right track. this monster really likes gooey sludgey foods and I had a hard time putting him back into the closet.
Went for a walk yesterday, did Denise austin workout DVD 20 mins and then did weights for about 3/4 hr. feeling fine., Today will try and get out there for a walkie with the doggies.

Going ok, walked the dogs yesterday and this morning walked them for 2.5 kms and then came home and did Denis eAustin, hoping to do some weights tonite.

bEING A tAD BIT SLACK THIS WK


Well this wk I have been abit slack with the old exercising, yesterday did Zero, the day before that did a walk with the doggies and did some weights. Today I walked with the doggies and we walked 5 kms and it was a good power walk, so I am real happy with that, this arvo will hopefully get on the bike and the rower and also do soem weights. My mind set wavered abit, but now am back into it.

Dusty was fantastic

Well we saw the Stage Show "Dusty", it was really good, I was impressed.
Afterwards we went to the casino ( I got lost from the group - was not impressed by this at all.)I found them in the Lagoon bar - they were all really drunk anyway, but thought - oh well lets get back to it. Drank water (Idont drinkalcohol-religiouspreference) so I drank water or ginger ale.
Very cheap night when you dont drink. Afterwards we went to Chinetown for dinner and then to a small bar for Kareoke. We sang with Amee, so we awere Amee and the ameettes. It was a great night, got to meet loads of kiwi dudes - my man was in NZ this wk too, visiting rellies, so that was real funny. These kiwi dudes came from the same town and my man. *LOL*
We had fun and I had a great mothers day - with 3 textr messages from my man and my kids and chocs to.

Upping The Ante

Today -Grabbed the runners and power walked witht he dogs, they just go crazy when I say lets go walkies to the River. Technically it isnt a River, its apparantly a Water. But they dont know that, looks like WATER to me though.

Did some weights last night, just love my shoulders, they are coming along great, can say much about the rest fo the body - although am working on it. Gotta Up The Ante this wk - for a Powering it home. got 4 wks left on this challenge. EKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK I know that I wont hit the Elle McPherson mark, but hey its fun trying though.

Well today I got on the exercise bike and did 5 mins - that was about all I wanted to do.
I also took my car to the park with the doggies (gottasellthegasguzzler) so we walked about 2 kms, which was good- a good strong power walk.

I wante dto do my weights this arvo, but just ran out of time, as I had to cook dinner for the family.

The pic on the left is me at Wk 6 ( I am currently in Wk7) The pic on the right is me at Wk1 starting pic. Ok Everyone can vomit now, this is so hard to put out there on the web, but so far I have made a big difference in my life. Wk 12 / well we will see how that goes.

My man was feelin abit down that I didnt put any pics of him on here, so here goes. Its a tad bit scary. Imagine waking up to that everyone morning - Yes well I do. *LOL*.


ok This morning we took the doggies for a walk to the river and so far have done over7958 on my pedometer which is great, came home and jumped on bike did 10 mins of varying speed, then jumpeed on the rower and did 100 power rows and 100 noirmal rows, was great, hopefully this arvo will do a denise austin workout and then my weights.

Ok, this Morning I was lying in bed a cat was next to me. I drifted back to sleep and then my son let the doggies in , so they came up and slept with me and I woke around 8am. Got up decided I didnt want to do any exercise at that moment, grabbed a cuppa tea n got on the Stupid Machine.

Puta, u know the one that totally consumes people sometimes. Got ready for Tafe, headed off, was late by half an hr. Afterwards did the groceries, got home at 3pm, quickly unpacked groceries, the house is a real mess at the moment, will clean it tmrw.

Took daughter to Hockey practice at Wyong and took my runners with me - just in case. so While she did hockey training. I put runners on and did 4 laps of the oval. Total of over 2000 steps, which was great, A good power walk, so I was a Happy Jan.

Came home, had quick shower, told all the inhabitants of the household, that there was chicken in fridge - so help yourself, Grabbed hubbys nice sports car and made a dash for it. Went to a friends baby shower and it was great. Tonight will sleep like a baby - hope the old bugger dosent snore tnite. or its kicking time for me.

legpress 7.4 kilo - 3 x sets - 20 each
20 armpull ups - no weights , I use the bench press - great for arms&shoulders - 3 sets. Butterfly - 5 kilo each side - 3 x sets - 20
5 kilo barbell bicep curls - 4 x sets - 10 5 kilo situp 2 x sets - 20
5 kilo barbell - overheads 2 x sets - 20
I am now going to have some vegie curry and before bedtime some protein powder.

Todat I went for a walk with the doggies and my man this morning - bush walk - we walked for about 5 kms. We came back and got the bikes ready and jumped on and rode 10kms, it was great and this arvo will be doing some weights as well. Lets hope that I sleep well tonight.
Going ok on the challenge so far. have lost around 5 kilos and toned up great.
Eavh and everyday I struggle with my weight, probably like most people, in our society we are now looking at thousands of people becoming obese everyday, which in istelf is very very saddening.

Guess what I am on the vergo of becoming one of those Obese people if I dont do something about it. So here I am doing the Body Blitz Challenge and going ok. I still struggle daily, but with my friends and family I am going ok. Thanks to all the forums I get great advice too. Thanks also to Denise Austin whom I usually see every morning.
