LOST 5 KILOS IN THE FIRST WK OF TF PLAN


Well I have lost 5 kilos already and thats from being on the TF Plan for 1 wk, its basically getting back to eating plain foods, no processing, no breads, grains, pastas, rice etc, no sugars, a small amount of dairy. It works and im loving it. Still hitting the gym and walking the doggies, thats thats good. Am happy getting plenty of work, which is great, the pay is good too. Am paying off the HK holiday I did at xmas time.

Hows it Going Then?????????


hey everyone, well am going ok, still doing the old weight watchers and yes going slowly, am trying to take it easy - so as not to fall off the wagon etc. Going ok at the gym and will measure myself next wk and also am going to have a body wrap in 2 wks time, will let you know how it all went. Had been to the dentist today for a teeth clean, it was grossssss too.
