OK THE BIG GOOEY SUGAR MONSTER HAS COME OUT OF THE CLOSET.............
Ive been trying to fight off this monster this wk and it has been a battle. but so far am back on the right track. this monster really likes gooey sludgey foods and I had a hard time putting him back into the closet.
Went for a walk yesterday, did Denise austin workout DVD 20 mins and then did weights for about 3/4 hr. feeling fine., Today will try and get out there for a walkie with the doggies.

Going ok, walked the dogs yesterday and this morning walked them for 2.5 kms and then came home and did Denis eAustin, hoping to do some weights tonite.
Here is a before and after pic of me for others to view. I now have 3 wks left starting from monday on this challenge.
Yes if you squint your eyes, you might be able to see a nice lady in the making. LOL...........

bEING A tAD BIT SLACK THIS WK


Well this wk I have been abit slack with the old exercising, yesterday did Zero, the day before that did a walk with the doggies and did some weights. Today I walked with the doggies and we walked 5 kms and it was a good power walk, so I am real happy with that, this arvo will hopefully get on the bike and the rower and also do soem weights. My mind set wavered abit, but now am back into it.

Dusty was fantastic

Well we saw the Stage Show "Dusty", it was really good, I was impressed.
Afterwards we went to the casino ( I got lost from the group - was not impressed by this at all.)I found them in the Lagoon bar - they were all really drunk anyway, but thought - oh well lets get back to it. Drank water (Idont drinkalcohol-religiouspreference) so I drank water or ginger ale.
Very cheap night when you dont drink. Afterwards we went to Chinetown for dinner and then to a small bar for Kareoke. We sang with Amee, so we awere Amee and the ameettes. It was a great night, got to meet loads of kiwi dudes - my man was in NZ this wk too, visiting rellies, so that was real funny. These kiwi dudes came from the same town and my man. *LOL*
We had fun and I had a great mothers day - with 3 textr messages from my man and my kids and chocs to.

Going to see Dusty


Well today, its cold and wet outside and me - I am feeeling like Carb loading, so this is it. Carb day for me. Must be a woman thingo????
I am off to Sydney this arvo to See Dusty so this is great, will be eating junk for most of the wknd, not a good thing, but will try and even it out etc, when I getback home will be jumping on my bike and maybe even riding to Woy woy.

Upping The Ante

Today -Grabbed the runners and power walked witht he dogs, they just go crazy when I say lets go walkies to the River. Technically it isnt a River, its apparantly a Water. But they dont know that, looks like WATER to me though.

Did some weights last night, just love my shoulders, they are coming along great, can say much about the rest fo the body - although am working on it. Gotta Up The Ante this wk - for a Powering it home. got 4 wks left on this challenge. EKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK I know that I wont hit the Elle McPherson mark, but hey its fun trying though.

Well today I got on the exercise bike and did 5 mins - that was about all I wanted to do.
I also took my car to the park with the doggies (gottasellthegasguzzler) so we walked about 2 kms, which was good- a good strong power walk.

I wante dto do my weights this arvo, but just ran out of time, as I had to cook dinner for the family.

Today did some Denise austin with 5 kilo weights, stumbled across a real ghastly pic of myself from the wk 1 of the BodyBlitzChallenge, here goes, its worse than the hubby's pic.

The pic on the left is me at Wk 6 ( I am currently in Wk7) The pic on the right is me at Wk1 starting pic. Ok Everyone can vomit now, this is so hard to put out there on the web, but so far I have made a big difference in my life. Wk 12 / well we will see how that goes.

My man was feelin abit down that I didnt put any pics of him on here, so here goes. Its a tad bit scary. Imagine waking up to that everyone morning - Yes well I do. *LOL*.


ok This morning we took the doggies for a walk to the river and so far have done over7958 on my pedometer which is great, came home and jumped on bike did 10 mins of varying speed, then jumpeed on the rower and did 100 power rows and 100 noirmal rows, was great, hopefully this arvo will do a denise austin workout and then my weights.

Ok, this Morning I was lying in bed a cat was next to me. I drifted back to sleep and then my son let the doggies in , so they came up and slept with me and I woke around 8am. Got up decided I didnt want to do any exercise at that moment, grabbed a cuppa tea n got on the Stupid Machine.

Puta, u know the one that totally consumes people sometimes. Got ready for Tafe, headed off, was late by half an hr. Afterwards did the groceries, got home at 3pm, quickly unpacked groceries, the house is a real mess at the moment, will clean it tmrw.

Took daughter to Hockey practice at Wyong and took my runners with me - just in case. so While she did hockey training. I put runners on and did 4 laps of the oval. Total of over 2000 steps, which was great, A good power walk, so I was a Happy Jan.

Came home, had quick shower, told all the inhabitants of the household, that there was chicken in fridge - so help yourself, Grabbed hubbys nice sports car and made a dash for it. Went to a friends baby shower and it was great. Tonight will sleep like a baby - hope the old bugger dosent snore tnite. or its kicking time for me.
