Well its all going really well, the TF Plan is working, I hope that tmrws scales will let me know the 68, Im wanting to see. This time is the right time. Its all about perserverance thats all. motivation & the will to succeed, Ive got to heed my own advice on t his one. I have brought size 14 pants today and was very happy with that and they fitted ok. Its my big fat ugly legs and belly thats the problem, well I still working on it.
