LOST 5 KILOS IN THE FIRST WK OF TF PLAN
Well I have lost 5 kilos already and thats from being on the TF Plan for 1 wk, its basically getting back to eating plain foods, no processing, no breads, grains, pastas, rice etc, no sugars, a small amount of dairy. It works and im loving it. Still hitting the gym and walking the doggies, thats thats good. Am happy getting plenty of work, which is great, the pay is good too. Am paying off the HK holiday I did at xmas time.
