ok now am feeling abit stuffed from all my days activity.

Sunday: Arvo: Weight Session

3 x sets 5 kilo each arm dumbell pull ups - 20 each
legpress 7.4 kilo - 3 x sets - 20 each
20 armpull ups - no weights , I use the bench press - great for arms&shoulders - 3 sets. Butterfly - 5 kilo each side - 3 x sets - 20
5 kilo barbell bicep curls - 4 x sets - 10 5 kilo situp 2 x sets - 20
5 kilo barbell - overheads 2 x sets - 20
I am now going to have some vegie curry and before bedtime some protein powder.
